Puppy Parents shall make no law restricting a Shorkie's ability to sit on his master’s lap, roll in the grass or bark at squirrels.

Whenever traveling in a car a Shorkie shall at all times be by his owner secured. 

No Shorkie shall be barred from any house even if its feet are muddy if it is storming, cold or raining. No Shorkie shall be required to bathe more than once per week.

The right of  the shorkie to be secure in their persons, houses, toys, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated.

A Shorkie is at all times entitled to unlimited belly rubs and ear scratches and the Puppy Parent shall make no law infringing upon these rights.

In all prosecutions of my misdeeds, the Shorkie shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by my entire family. The Shorkie's punishment cannot exceed more than 4

hours of my owner not speaking to me and shall be immediately followed by either a belly rub or an ear scratch.

All Shorkie's shall be entitled to not less than 4 treats in any given 24 hour period, however the Shorkie may be required to work for said treats by sitting up, shaking hands, rolling over or in such other manner as reasonably prescribed by his master.

Excessive quarantine to my house shall not be required, and at least twice a week I shall be allowed to “go along”.

At least six times each year my adopted parent(s) shall take me either to the beach, the park or on vacation.
