Getting Ready

Some important things you should have on hand prior to your new arrival... Stainless steel food and water dish, Harness and I.D. tags, leash, grooming supplies (stripping comb) shampoo, brush and a few toys, puppies need to chew. And a pet carrier/bed this should be placed in a quiet lower traffic area. leaving on a light and t.v/radio will give your pup something to identify with.
We recommend your pup stay on the food he/she has been eating to avoid upsetting their fragile stomachs. (Life's Abundance )
The first 3 days allow your puppy to play for short 15 minute intervals then you can gradually increase their playtime. Please be careful of picking puppy up by their ribs as they can tend to become sore, and they won't eat for you. It is often easier on them to hold them like a baby. Keep in mind puppies have a dreadful fear of falling.
I are here if you have any questions on obedience, training, proper care, or any general puppy questions. We want to make the puppy transition as care free and enjoyable as possible for all involved!!!
